About The Position
Arisa Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support their clinic in Cabot, AR. The LPN will provide direct care, including checking vital signs, administering medications and injections, and working with insurance for medication approvals. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working with adults in a clinical setting, preferably in a mental health facility. Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest nonprofit behavioral health provider, offering a wide range of services across 41 counties.
Requirements
- Associate degree or advanced specialized training
- Arkansas LPN Licensed
- One year experience as an LPN
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Valid AR Driver's License and a good driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with adults in a clinical setting
- Minimum of one year’s experience working in a mental health facility
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement physician orders.
- Administer medications, draw blood, or administer other tests or procedures as ordered.
- Complete appropriate records and documentation.
