About The Position

Working under the guidance of an RN, you will provide skilled treatments, teach patients and families how to manage their care, and closely monitor their progress to ensure they get the best support possible.
Requirements
- Current, unencunbered Florida LPN license (or compact state).
- Graduate of an approved LPN program.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Home health experience is a plus.
- Newer grads are welcome to apply!
- If you have less than a year of experience, we will provide dedicated mentoring and oversight to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled treatments to patients in their homes.
- Teach patients and families how to manage their care.
- Closely monitor patient progress.
