About The Position

Liberty Point Behavioral Healthcare, located in Staunton, Virginia, is a 42-bed facility providing trauma-informed psychiatric residential treatment to adolescent males with complex emotional, behavioral, and educational difficulties. They specialize in working with youth with psychiatric disorders, co-occurring intellectual disabilities, and autism spectrum disorder. PRN positions are available. Requirements

Current license to practice nursing in State of Virginia (or eligible to receive or renew)
Current CPR or BLS certification preferred (can renew as part of New Employee Orientation)
Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire
Ability to successfully complete and pass all components of Handle With Care & Verbal De-escalation Crisis Intervention Training
Ability to use and supervise Handle With Care (HWC) techniques

Nice To Haves

Current CPR or BLS certification
