Requirements

• Current state LPN license or a current multistate compact license.
• Associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BCLS certification or within one week of hire/transfer.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Decisive judgment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• One year experience in behavioral health preferred.
