You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team while helping patients build toward improved health and independence. At International SOS Government Medical Services, you'll support healthcare programs that improve patient care and operational readiness across the U.S. and internationally. Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide. You'll work onsite at a state behavioral health hospital in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, providing daily nursing care, medication administration, admissions and discharges, patient education, and recovery-focused support. You'll apply your LPN skills to provide compassionate nursing care, support patient recovery, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and build meaningful clinical experience in a structured behavioral health environment.
