About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will support residents with daily care needs while ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to care plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required
- Active New York State LPN License
- BLS Certification required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and condition changes
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
- Support a respectful and patient-centered care environment
