About The Position

Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric is hiring a Licensed Plumber to maintain, install, and repair plumbing systems for residential and commercial customers. The role includes troubleshooting plumbing systems, recommending repairs, replacements, and upgrades, and ensuring that work is completed professionally and complies with current code requirements. The plumber is responsible for customer satisfaction, explaining services and equipment use to customers, and confirming systems work properly before leaving each job. The position is full-time, in person, with five 8-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Valid Colorado Professional License on file with DORA.
• State of Colorado Plumbing License (RP, JP, or MP), or ability to obtain one within the first 60 days of employment.
• Valid, insurable driving record and driver’s license.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required for hire.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pipes, fittings, plumbing fixtures, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain the safe condition and operation of customers’ plumbing systems.
• Ensure installations and repairs are professional and meet current code requirements.
• Recommend plumbing system replacements and additional upgrades that meet client needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and explain services being performed.
• Provide customers with instructions on using their equipment or systems.
• Wear booties inside customer buildings and keep work areas neat while performing repairs or service.
• Ensure equipment is working properly before leaving the home.
• Practice safety on the job and while driving.
• Maintain company-standard key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Complete all required paperwork.
• Keep the company truck neat and clean inside and outside.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
