About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Licensed Plumbers for projects located in or around Brainerd Lakes, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $40-$45/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Active Minnesota plumbing license required
- Strong residential plumbing experience, including new construction
- Hands-on experience with rough-ins, trim-outs, and fixture installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Leadership skills and the ability to guide apprentices
Responsibilities
- Complete plumbing rough-ins and trim-outs for custom homes and new residential construction
- Install underground drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems, main water supply lines, vent stacks, and fixture stub-outs
- Install and connect sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, tubs, dishwashers, and water heaters
- Work with PEX, copper, PVC, and other residential plumbing materials
- Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and construction plans
- Lead, coach, and support plumbing apprentices on the jobsite
- Maintain quality workmanship and follow project specifications and safety standards
