About The Position
New England Mechanical Services is currently seeking a CT licensed plumber (P2) with 2-5 years of experience for our Trumbull, CT Mechanical Group. This opportunity requires a self-motivated individual with commercial plumbing, heating, and gas piping experience. Individuals with HVAC piping background are encouraged to apply. An additional pressure boiler pipefitting license is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication and written skills preferred. Some overtime is required. #nemsi
Requirements
- Must hold a current CT P-2 license.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial plumbing, heating, and gas piping.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC piping background.
- An additional pressure boiler pipefitting license.
Responsibilities
- Keep trade licenses and certifications current.
- Attend all safety training provided and/or sponsored by NEMSI.
- Follow all NEMSI safety policies, procedures, and use personal protective equipment when performing installation and/or servicing HVAC systems.
- Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and neat appearance.
- Flexible to work overtime and weekends as demand requires.
- Other duties may be assigned.
