About The Position
As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state (Michigan).
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow & learn.
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
- Team player.
Responsibilities
- Work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty.
- Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
- Pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a culture of professional growth, hands-on learning, strong clinical relationships, and long-term career stability.
