About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. The position includes comprehensive training in leadership, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach. The company utilizes AI documentation tools to reduce clinician documentation time and offers various Teammate Resource Groups and a De Novo Business School for clinic owners. Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Must have a Physical Therapist license.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
  • Ability to partner with a company that has successfully opened over 400 clinics nationwide.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care for every patient.
  • Experience in leadership and team development.
  • Skills in recruiting and interviewing.
  • Knowledge of clinic operations and financial management.
  • Experience in community outreach and referral growth.
  • Ability to build culture and retain teammates.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in opening and running a clinic.
  • Familiarity with ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool).
  • Experience with residency and specialty programs.
