About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient setting. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Mary Washington, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that collaborates with physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. TPS invests in its people by offering opportunities for growth through a Clinical Excellence Program, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, OCS preparation collaboratives, and an Orthopedic Residency Program. The patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, with a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload including sport-specific rehab and joint and spine management. TPS is the largest outpatient therapy provider in the Fredericksburg area, working with numerous orthopedic MDs and PAs across affiliated clinics. They maintain appropriate patient caseloads, value therapist time with patients, and support professional growth through specialty certifications and individualized professional development. Requirements

Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
Active or pending state physical therapist license.
Minimum of 52,000 USD per year.
Maximum of 75,000 USD per year.
Annual Incentive Bonus Up To 6,000 USD per year.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient therapy services in an outpatient setting.
Treat patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
Manage a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload.
Provide sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management.
Work directly with orthopedic MDs and PAs in community clinics affiliated with Mary Washington Healthcare.
Maintain an appropriate patient caseload.
Provide the best care available to patients.
Participate in individualized professional development.
Support specialty therapy services based on specific interests or passions.
Advance career goals, potentially becoming a clinical instructor, clinic leader, director, or opening a new clinic.
