As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Mary Washington, we are proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, with a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload including sport-specific rehab and joint and spine management. We maintain an appropriate patient caseload, valuing time with patients to ensure the best care. We support therapists' professional growth with specialty certifications and individualized professional development. We also offer opportunities for advancement and career planning, such as becoming a clinical instructor, clinic leader, director, or opening a new clinic.

Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license
  • Minimum of 52,000 USD per year
  • Maximum of 75,000 USD per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient therapy services for musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
  • Treat a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload.
  • Manage sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine conditions.
  • Work directly with orthopedic MDs and PAs in community clinics affiliated with Mary Washington Healthcare.
  • Maintain an appropriate patient caseload and ensure valuable time with patients.
  • Participate in individualized professional development and pursue specialty certifications.
  • Support specialty therapy services based on individual interests and passions.
  • Contribute to opportunities for advancement and career planning within the company.
