About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions, a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient setting in Gambrills, MD. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Luminis Health, we are part of a strong, multidisciplinary team focused on coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license.

• Interest in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, or lymphedema.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services.
• Treat patients with non-surgical and post-operative presentations, including sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management.
• Participate in specialized programs such as orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema.
• Collaborate with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons for a comprehensive healthcare approach.
• Support specialty therapy services based on therapist interests.
• Advance career through opportunities to become a clinical instructor, clinic lead, operations director, or facility launch.
