About The Position

Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide therapy services in a supportive outpatient setting and help individuals and families improve their mental health and overall well-being. The therapist provides high-quality care, builds therapeutic relationships, and serves a diverse client population. Services may be delivered in person and/or virtually as needed. The role is part of a collaborative behavioral health team and includes opportunities for professional growth and leadership development. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available, and the starting salary is $62,000-$68,000.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current Tennessee licensure as an LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT.
• Experience providing behavioral health services through employment, internship, practicum, or clinical training.

• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intake assessments and establish diagnoses.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services based on client needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide services in person and/or virtually as needed.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and ethical decision-making.
• Respond professionally and promptly to client needs.
