Licensed Therapist | Outpatient Clinic
About The Position
Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join its behavioral health team. The role provides therapy services in a supportive outpatient setting to help individuals and families improve their mental health and overall well-being. The therapist will provide high-quality care, build therapeutic relationships, and make a positive impact in the community. Services may be delivered in person and/or virtually as needed. Centerstone is a nonprofit behavioral health organization serving people of all ages in a variety of settings. It emphasizes respectful, expert, ethical, and empowering interactions, as well as quality, safety, clinical risk management, and patient safety. The starting salary is $62,000–$68,000, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available. The position is full-time.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current Tennessee licensure as an LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT.
- Experience providing behavioral health services through employment, internship, practicum, or clinical training.

- Supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intake assessments and establish diagnoses.
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy services based on client needs.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide services in person and/or virtually as needed.
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and ethical decision-making.
- Respond professionally and promptly to client needs.
