About The Position
Intercept Health is seeking a Licensed or License-Eligible Substance Abuse Counselor to provide and support outpatient counseling services and care coordination for clients who suffer from substance abuse. Intercept Health is a family-owned agency headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, with office sites in more than 15 locations across the state. The organization’s 650 colleagues offer more than thirty services for youth and their families throughout Virginia. The position offers an annual salary of $58,000 to $60,000, depending on experience, and $500 in CEU reimbursement. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Counselor Education, or Social Work.
- Licensed as an LPC, LCSW, or LSATP, or eligible for licensure.
- Experience working in a team environment with individuals who suffer from substance abuse.

- PHP or group experience preferred.
