About The Position

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA) leads the overall operations, compliance, and culture of a skilled nursing facility in Kingsport. The role ensures residents receive exceptional care while supporting and empowering staff. The facility has about 120 beds and an experienced clinical leadership team, including a dedicated Director of Nursing, Restorative Nurse, and Infection Control support. Services include long-term care, assisted living, and memory care.

Requirements

• Active state license as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Administrator in a long-term care facility.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, surveys, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams.
• Financial and operational management experience in long-term care.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in memory care, dementia care, or Alzheimer’s care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality long-term, assisted living, and memory care services.
