About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes in Manchester, NH and surrounding communities. The role offers $21–$23 per hour, daily pay, and flexible scheduling, with full-time, part-time, weekend, long, and overnight shifts available. LNAs support clients with personal care and daily activities while following individualized care plans. The employer describes additional benefits and ongoing training and support. Some benefits are available only to eligible employees working 30 or more hours per week.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
