About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring experienced Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) or experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Manchester, New Hampshire, and surrounding communities. The role offers $21–$23 per hour, daily pay, and flexible scheduling opportunities, including full-time, part-time weekend, long, and overnight shifts. Care duties include assisting clients with personal care and daily activities, following individualized care plans, and observing and reporting changes in clients’ conditions. The posting also lists mileage reimbursement, paid travel time when applicable, wellness time, a 401(k) with employer match up to 4%, insurance options for eligible employees working 30 or more hours per week, life insurance, an employee referral bonus, and ongoing training and support.
Requirements
- Current experience as a PCA or a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
