About The Position

Ledgewood Bay is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join their team. This is a full-time, weekend Baylor position where you will work 24 hours and get paid for 32. The role involves providing essential assistance to residents in their daily activities, ensuring they are well-taken care of. You will be responsible for tasks such as personal care, meal service, laundry management, engaging in meaningful conversations, and promptly addressing resident needs. Requirements

Successful completion of state competency exam for LNA certification.
Ability to move and assist residents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
Work well with healthcare professionals as part of Wellness team.
Follow ethical standards and keep resident information private.
Criminal Background Screening is required.
