About The Position

Benchmark at Bedford Falls is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care and reporting changes in residents’ health or behavior, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and providing emotional support and exceptional customer service. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Openings are full-time, with hours from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The hourly rate is $17.75 to $19.00.

Requirements

• Valid PCA, HHA, or LNA license required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
