About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for weekend home care positions in Nashua, New Hampshire, and surrounding communities. Caregivers provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Weekend shifts are available immediately, with opportunities to pick up additional hours and work long shifts. The role offers part-time weekend scheduling and flexible scheduling opportunities. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, and daily pay is available.
Requirements
- Current LNA license or previous PCA experience.
- Hands-on personal care experience.
- Availability to work weekend shifts.
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfort working independently in clients’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Support client mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
