About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring experienced Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Nashua, NH, and surrounding communities. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling and weekend, long, and overnight shifts. The role offers $21–$23 per hour, daily pay availability, and mileage reimbursement and paid travel time when applicable.

Requirements

• Current LNA license or previous PCA experience.
• Hands-on personal care experience.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
