East Longmeadow Memory Care Assisted Living is an intimate, 20-unit specialized memory care community offering a homelike setting in a newly renovated building. We are committed to fulfilling the health and residential needs of the communities we serve, providing specialized housing and support for residents with significant cognitive impairment through our Life Enrichment Memory Care Program. This is a per-diem position for a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) who wants to love nursing again and be proud of where they work, feeling valued and making a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN)
Responsibilities
- Provide care to the residents of the facility.
- Provide basic nursing care such as checking blood pressure and inserting catheters.
- Help comfort patients by performing tasks such as changing and dressing.
- Document accurate and ongoing assessment of patient status.
- Document patient care, including nursing intervention, patient response to care provided, patient needs, problems, capabilities, limitations, and progress toward goals.
