We are committed to fulfilling the health and residential needs of the communities we serve and provide specialized housing and support for residents with significant cognitive impairment through our Life Enrichment Memory Care Program.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN)
Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care such as checking blood pressure, inserting catheters, and helping comfort patients by performing tasks such as changing and dressing.
- Document accurate and ongoing assessment of patient status: Document patient care, including nursing intervention, patient response to care provided, patient needs, problems, capabilities, limitations, and progress toward goals.
