About The Position

Marquis Companies includes Post-Acute Rehab and Assisted Living Facilities, Marquis at Home, Consonus Rehab, and Consonus Pharmacy. Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call Positions are available. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, nurse supervisor, charge nurse, and/or Director of Nursing Services. Job duties include administering medications, refilling and cleaning the stock cart, administering medications in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures, and practices of the facility and state requirements, and other nursing duties as assigned. As a Registered Nurse (RN), your nursing and leadership skills will ensure quality nursing care is provided to residents, and you will direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Assistants. Job duties include meeting with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan the shifts’ services, programs, and activities.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed RN or LPN for the appropriate State.
  • Strong computer skills are needed for use of our electronic medical records system.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare setting working with the geriatric population is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
