About The Position

Southern Mortgage Solutions is a growing, 100% remote mortgage brokerage seeking experienced, self-generating Mortgage Loan Originators. The company was built by a producing Loan Officer and focuses on providing LOs with the necessary tools and support to succeed without internal competition or excessive fees. They offer a protected territory, strong compensation, and no fees to their Loan Officers or borrowers. Support includes in-house processing, licensed LOA assistance, marketing resources, and technology. The broker/owner actively originates and provides mentorship. The role offers independence to build one's own book of business with the backing of an established operational infrastructure and company reputation.

Requirements

Active NMLS number and prior mortgage origination experience
Active MLO license in a state where Southern Mortgage Solutions operates, or ability to obtain appropriate licensure
Relationship-driven and comfortable developing referral partners
Motivated to generate and grow your own production
Strong mortgage knowledge and ability to structure loan scenarios
Excellent communication with clients and referral partners
Self-sufficient and able to thrive in a 100% remote environment
