About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescents and young adults. The company aims to connect individuals with life-saving behavioral health treatment through personalized, virtual care. As a rapidly growing organization, Charlie Health is redefining behavioral health treatment and expanding access to care. The Operations team handles administrative tasks, allowing clinicians to focus on providing high-quality mental health care. Clinicians are offered a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, along with flexibility, consistency, and support. This role involves providing telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, with positions available as part-time or full-time W-2. Part-time requires a minimum of 12 hours/week with flexible scheduling, while full-time requires 40 hours/week with evening availability.

Requirements

Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Colorado.
Licenses Accepted: LMSW, LSW, LPCC, MFTC/MFP, LCSW. LPC, MFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification a plus
MI certification a plus

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
Integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
Provide group services.
Collaborate, be creative, and engaging on video.
Be available evenings to meet client needs.
Commit to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.
Participate in case discussions.
