The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides direct therapeutic services including assessments, individual, family, group and crisis counseling to current and past participants. This position assists in program development and operations while ensuring client eligibility and program outcomes. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is responsible for program documentation, paperwork and maintenance of clinical charts. The Finding Youth Resilience (FYR) program provides specialized mental health therapy and case management services for children and youth ages 3 to 18 who have experienced trauma. Using evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), our team helps youth process difficult experiences, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. FYR program also offers caregiver support, psychoeducation, and connections to community services to strengthen the entire family.
