About The Position
Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescents and young adults. The company aims to connect individuals with life-saving behavioral health treatment through personalized, virtual care. As a rapidly growing organization, Charlie Health is redefining behavioral health treatment and expanding access to care. This role offers the opportunity to work from home, with a dedicated operations team handling administrative tasks, allowing clinicians to focus on providing high-quality mental health care. The position is 100% remote and available as either full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum 12 hours/week), with evening availability required for full-time roles.
Requirements
- MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN LOUISIANA
- Licenses Accepted: LMSW, PLPC, PLMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Experienced with teens and young adults
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Available evenings to meet client needs
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.

- Participate in case discussions to leverage expertise and develop new skills.
- Manage a caseload with a maximum of 8 clients in a group to build strong relationships and facilitate sustainable healing.
