About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The company aims to connect individuals with life-saving behavioral health treatment through personalized, virtual care. This role involves providing high-quality mental health care, with the support of an Operations team handling administrative tasks. The position is 100% remote and offers flexibility, consistency, and collaboration opportunities. Clinicians will work with a maximum of 8 clients in a group to foster strong relationships and sustainable healing. The role is committed to addressing the rural mental health crisis and values diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN ARIZONA
Licenses Accepted: LMSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
Experienced with teens and young adults
Passionate and skilled in group services
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
Available evenings to meet client needs
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
