About The Position
Seeking LCSW/LSW and/or LPC/LACs for community-based outpatient clinic located in Clifton. Friendly, supportive environment. Shifts available Monday-Saturday with option for both in-office and at-home work. Delivery of both in-person and telehealth services.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments.
- Provide therapy.
- Collaborate with dynamic inter-disciplinary team.
- Partner with clients in meaningful treatment planning.
- Collect and communicate clinical information necessary to secure authorization for services with funding entities.
- Perform all written documentation including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, status reports, etc. as required and within expected timeframes.
- Secure releases and collaborate with external providers and significant others to coordinate regarding issued connected to content of individualized treatment plan.
- Be amenable to supervision, including seeking consultation, as appropriate, and being invested in ongoing effort to improve service provision, and personal skill set.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team climate.
