About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescents and young adults. The company aims to connect individuals with life-saving behavioral health treatment through personalized, virtual care. This role involves providing high-quality mental health care, with the support of an operations team handling administrative tasks. Clinicians are expected to focus on client care while benefiting from a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The role emphasizes flexibility, consistency in scheduling, dedicated support, collaboration among clinicians, and the opportunity to build strong client relationships.

Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN WASHINGTON
Licenses Accepted: LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
Experienced with teens and young adults
Passionate and skilled in group services
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
Available evenings to meet client needs
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
