Licensed Mental Health Therapist (SPROUTS Program)

BlossomBirdsboro, PA
Onsite

About The Position

Blossom is hiring a fully licensed clinician for our SPROUTS program, providing outpatient therapy to children and adolescents from dedicated Blossom offices located on site at four public school buildings in the Douglassville/Birdsboro area. The idea behind SPROUTS is simple: families want their kids in therapy, but getting them there means missed work, evening appointments, and long waitlists. So we bring the office to the students. Your day looks like a normal outpatient day — your own private office, your own caseload, your own clinical judgment — just in a location that makes it far easier for students to actually show up. You are a Blossom clinician, not a school employee. You are not part of the school's staff, not attending school meetings, and not managing school-side responsibilities. SPROUTS is standard outpatient therapy, delivered from a Blossom office that happens to sit inside a school building. Sessions are scheduled, billed through insurance, and documented exactly as they would be at any of our other locations. The address is different; the clinical work is not. To be direct about what this role is not: you are not a school counselor, and you are not embedded in the school's support structure. You won't be sitting in IEP or 504 meetings, joining student support team meetings, consulting with teachers on classroom behavior plans, or taking on school-assigned duties. Your relationship is with your clients and their families. Students you'll see are navigating: Anxiety and emotional regulation, Behavioral challenges, Identity development and life transitions, Peer relationships and social challenges, Family stress and adjustment. You focus on clinical care. We handle intake, scheduling, and administrative support.
