Requirements
- Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Massachusetts.
- Licenses accepted: Pre-Licensed Social Workers, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT.
- Well-versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
- Experienced with teens and young adults.
- Passionate and skilled in group services.
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video.
- Available evenings to meet client needs.
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome).
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
Nice To Haves
- EMDR certification a plus.
- MI certification a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person therapy services to adolescent and young adult clients.
- Enhance programming and provide the best possible care to clients.
- Provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
- Offer services as part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) W-2 positions.
- Be available for evening appointments to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with other clinicians in case discussions to develop new skills and perspectives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, with a maximum of 8 clients in a group, to facilitate in-depth work and sustainable healing.
- Utilize free online CEUs for ongoing professional development.
