Requirements

  • Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Licenses accepted: Pre-Licensed Social Workers, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT.
  • Well-versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
  • Experienced with teens and young adults.
  • Passionate and skilled in group services.
  • Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video.
  • Available evenings to meet client needs.
  • Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.
  • Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome).
  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
  • Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.
  • Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
  • Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.

Nice To Haves

  • EMDR certification a plus.
  • MI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person therapy services to adolescent and young adult clients.
  • Enhance programming and provide the best possible care to clients.
  • Provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
  • Offer services as part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) W-2 positions.
  • Be available for evening appointments to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians in case discussions to develop new skills and perspectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, with a maximum of 8 clients in a group, to facilitate in-depth work and sustainable healing.
  • Utilize free online CEUs for ongoing professional development.
