About The Position
Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role involves enhancing programming and delivering high-quality care through virtual means. Positions are available as part-time or full-time W-2 employees. Candidates must be able to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours and join the compact. Requirements
- MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT LICENSE IN ARKANSAS
- Licenses Accepted: LPC
- Candidates are expected to work Arizona (MST) hours and will need to join the compact.
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians ONLY
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software

- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Experienced with teens and young adults

Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
- Provide high-quality mental health care.
- Participate in case discussions, leveraging the expertise of others to develop new skills and perspectives.
- Work with a maximum of 8 clients in a group to build strong relationships and do in-depth work for sustainable healing.
