About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role involves delivering personalized, virtual care rooted in connection, aiming to expand access to meaningful treatment and drive better outcomes from the comfort of home. This is a 100% remote position, with options for both part-time and full-time W-2 employment. The company focuses on individuals with complex needs, including mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders, and is dedicated to changing the landscape of behavioral healthcare.

Requirements

Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Illinois (LSW, LPC, ALMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT accepted).
Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
Experienced with teens and young adults.
Passionate and skilled in group services.
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video.
Available evenings to meet client needs.
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification a plus.
MI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
Offer services with a maximum of 8 clients in a group to allow for strong client relationships and in-depth work.
Participate in case discussions for collaboration and skill development.
Maintain a caseload as full as desired by the clinician.
Be available for evening client needs.
