About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide in-person therapy services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role involves providing therapy in a virtual setting, with opportunities for both part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) and full-time (40 hours/week) W-2 positions. Full-time roles require evening and Saturday availability. Requirements

• MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN UTAH
• Licenses Accepted: CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Experienced with teens and young adults
• Available evenings to meet client needs
• Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
• Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
• Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
• Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
• Must complete several state background checks for clearance to see clients.

• MI certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
• Integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
