About The Position

Geode Health is recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for the greater South Austin market to provide outpatient mental health services. The therapist diagnoses and treats mental health disorders and provides psychotherapy across a general spectrum of mental health conditions. The role supports clients in defining goals and gaining insights through personalized, committed care, and coordinates with other healthcare professionals, including providing crisis intervention when needed. The position offers flexibility to design a work schedule in advance, with expected full-time hours. The typical hybrid schedule is three days per week onsite and two days per week providing telehealth, though more onsite time may be needed initially while building a patient caseload. Therapists use evidence-based, measurement-based care to track outcomes and inform treatment plans, and work with an integrated team of mental health providers to coordinate care across the psychiatric and therapeutic continuum.
