About The Position

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide in-person therapy services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients. Part-Time: Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling Full-Time: 40 hours/week; evening and Saturday availability required

Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN VIRGINIA
Licenses Accepted: LMSW, Temporary License as a Resident in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy (Registration of Supervision) LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
Available evenings to meet client needs
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification a plus
MI certification a plus

Responsibilities

Provide in-person therapy services to adolescent and young adult clients.
Integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
Provide group services.
Participate in case discussions.
Build strong relationships with clients and do in-depth work to create sustainable healing.
