About The Position
Backpack Healthcare provides mental health care for children, teens, and young adults through an online platform, covered by most insurance. The company is clinician-led, minority-owned, and experiencing rapid growth, with plans for nationwide expansion. This posting serves as an invitation to licensed therapists interested in providing accessible, culturally responsive care to kids and families, to join an expansion talent pool. Applicants will be contacted when Backpack Healthcare launches in their state. Therapists will provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth, with flexible scheduling and support from an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Active U.S. state license: LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independently licensed credential.
- Experience with or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote telehealth environment.
- Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice.
