About The Position

We are actively recruiting for a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater West Loop market who can partner with us to achieve our mission. As a Geode Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders and do psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. You will help people define goals, gain insights all through personalized committed care. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination, providing crisis intervention if needed. Our model is working. Our patients like it too. Our providers use a measurement-based care approach, which allows them to track outcomes through data to inform their plan of care, so they can strive to provide best-in-class psychiatric/therapeutic care. You will be part of a team of dedicated mental health providers who all work together as colleagues to focus on providing great care. As a mental health therapist, you will partner with the Provider so the full spectrum of psychiatric and therapeutic care is well coordinated. Together, moving patients up and down the care continuum, as needed.

Requirements

  • Active license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, or LPC) in the state of Illinois
  • Passion for high quality care
  • Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring accurate and up to date electronic health records for all patient encounters
  • Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
  • Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions
