About The Position

We are looking for a licensed therapist in Arkansas to provide remote therapy to clients throughout the state. Most of the workday is spent in scheduled sessions, with time for notes and case-related follow-up. The therapist works independently, with support available when a case needs to be discussed with another clinician.

Requirements

• Active Arkansas license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and workflows.
• Strong clinical judgment and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy through scheduled video sessions.
• Keep client notes and records up to date.
• Follow up on concerns that come up during care.
• Discuss difficult or higher-risk cases with the clinical team.
• Take part in case reviews when needed.
• Follow safety procedures when urgent concerns arise.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Follow Arkansas licensing and ethical standards.
