About The Position

We are hiring licensed therapists in Mississippi to provide virtual counseling to clients across the state. Therapists work with clients dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship issues, or significant personal changes. The role focuses on direct therapy, thoughtful follow-through, and maintaining well-documented cases in a fully remote telehealth setting. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $115,000–$120,000 per year, with full benefits.

Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
Active Mississippi license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
Experience working with diverse individuals and a variety of mental health concerns.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy through secure video sessions.
Meet with clients to understand what is bringing them to counseling.
Address emotional, behavioral, and situational concerns during therapy.
Use professional experience to determine the appropriate direction for each case.
Keep session notes and required records complete and current.
Recognize when a client may need additional clinical attention or another service.
Maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.
Follow Mississippi licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements.
