About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The company aims to connect individuals with life-saving behavioral health treatment through personalized, virtual care. This role offers the opportunity to work from home, providing consistent caseloads and predictable schedules, with dedicated support teams to handle administrative tasks. Clinicians will focus on providing high-quality mental health care, with opportunities for collaboration and professional development.

Requirements

Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Colorado.
Licenses Accepted: LMSW, LSW, LPCC, MFTC/MFP, LCSW. LPC, MFT
Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
Experienced with teens and young adults
Passionate and skilled in group services
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
Available evenings to meet client needs
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
Provide high-quality mental health care.
Participate in case discussions for collaboration and skill development.
Build strong relationships with clients, with a maximum of 8 clients in a group.
Engage in ongoing professional development through free CEUs.
