About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide in-person therapy services to adolescent and young adult clients. We are looking for forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care. The role involves providing therapy services in a virtual setting, with positions available as part-time or full-time W-2. Part-time requires a minimum of 12 hours/week with flexible scheduling, while full-time requires 40 hours/week with evening availability. Charlie Health aims to connect individuals with life-saving behavioral health treatment through personalized, virtual care, focusing on people with complex needs to expand access and improve outcomes.

Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN UTAH
Licenses Accepted: CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.

Nice To Haves

EMDR or MI certification a plus
Evening availability required for full-time positions.

Responsibilities

Provide therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
Integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
Collaborate with a team, participate in case discussions, and leverage expertise.
Build strong relationships with clients, with a maximum of 8 clients in a group, to create sustainable healing.
Commit to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.
