About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide in-person therapy services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role involves providing therapy in a virtual setting, with opportunities for both part-time (minimum 12 hours/week, flexible scheduling) and full-time (40 hours/week, requiring evening and Saturday availability) W-2 positions. Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN UTAH
Licenses Accepted: CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experienced with teens and young adults
Passionate and skilled in group services
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
Available evenings to meet client needs
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software

Nice To Haves

EMDR, MI certification a plus

Responsibilities

Provide therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
Integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
Provide group services.
Participate in case discussions.
Build strong relationships with clients and do in-depth work to create sustainable healing.
