About The Position

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our APA-approved, clinician-led behavioral health team. Since 1995, CHE has been a national leader in adult and geriatric mental health, serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in 11+ states. This role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, allowing clinicians to create their own schedules between Monday and Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. There are no nights, weekends, or on-call duties. The position provides a steady, reliable caseload with no cancellations and allows clinicians to work close to home in partnered facilities. It is ideal for newly licensed LMHCs or clinicians seeking supplemental work. The role involves providing psychotherapy and behavioral health services to adult and senior populations, working independently within an integrated care team, customizing treatment plans, and focusing fully on patient care with no administrative burdens or after-hours duties. Requirements

• Master’s degree
• Active LMHC license in state of practice
