About The Position

We’re seeking an Indiana-licensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time telehealth role. In this position, you’ll provide therapy to clients who need support managing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, and other mental health needs. You’ll meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, create treatment goals, and help clients better understand what they’re experiencing in a clear and supportive way. This role is ideal for an LMHC who wants stable hours, remote work, and a caseload focused on ongoing therapy rather than rushed care.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Indiana
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services
• Comfortable working with clients through telehealth
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote therapy services to clients in Indiana
• Conduct assessments and gather client background information
• Build treatment goals that reflect each client’s needs
• Provide counseling for emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns
• Maintain organized and accurate clinical records
• Review progress and revise treatment plans when needed
• Follow confidentiality, HIPAA, and licensing requirements
• Communicate professionally with clients and care teams
